We are currently looking for a person to join our team in the position of Clinical Education Specialist! 🙂
Requirements:
- Medical or related university education (biomedical engineering, physiotherapy, etc.).
- Medical knowledge in the field of electroradiology / radiology / cardiology
- Experience in providing training to medical clients
- Knowledge of coronary imaging, e.g. coronary angiography, FFR, IVUS, OCT, cardiac computed tomography
- High work culture, knowledge of professional ethics – working with medical clients
- Systematic and consistent in pursuit of set goals
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Very good communication skills
- Excellent work organization and responsibility
- Driving license
- English language at B2 level
Responsibilities:
- Conduct product training for users in medical facilities (locations: central Poland, southern Poland) and online
- Preparing training for the sales team and supporting them with product knowledge
- Keeping a record of emerging problems, proposing solutions, and supporting users
- Design and development of documentation to support users – User manuals
- Developing and updating training content on the e-learning platform
- Conducting product presentations and user workshops at the customer’s site and industry symposiums and conferences
- Supporting the client in optimizing cardiac CT protocols
- Preparation of 3D models of coronary arteries
- Willingness to travel abroad as part of your role at the company
