We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Specialist to join our team
Responsibilities:
- Conducting user training sessions on-site and online (frequent travel to clients in Poland and abroad)
- Preparing training and e-learning materials
- Organizing workshops and presentations at conferences, symposia, and trade fairs
- Providing application user support
- Registering tickets and resolving technical and substantive issues (internal and external). Collaboration with the Medical Data Processing and Product Development departments to escalate more complex issues.
- Creation and development of application manuals and user guides
- Development and updating of content on the e-Learning platform
- Collecting customer feedback and needs (cardiologists, radiologists, facility managers)
- Providing information to the Product, Clinical, and Tech departments to develop functionalities.
What we expect from you:
- Higher education (medical or paramedical preferred)
- Proven knowledge in Customer Success and e-Learning
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in MedTech / HealthTech / SaaS Customer Success / Clinical Support / Application Specialist / Education Manager
- Experience in conducting training for physicians / medical specialists
- Experience in collaborating with R&D, QA/QMS, and Product teams
- International experience and working with clients in a regulated environment (hospitals, clinical trials). Strong knowledge of medical systems (PACS, DICOM, HIS, RIS)
- Expertise in medical imaging (CTA, CT angiography)
- Understanding of SaaS architecture, cloud fundamentals, and cybersecurity in MedTech. Basic knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and ticketing systems (Jira, Zendesk)
- Category B driving license
- English language skills at C1 level
- Ability to build relationships in the healthcare industry
- Willingness to travel (50% of work time) – throughout Poland and the UK
