Hemolens Diagnostics® is a Polish company specializing in cardiac diagnostics. Our team of bioengineers, cardiologists, and IT specialists has created an innovative, non-invasive method for diagnosing coronary heart disease based on computational fluid dynamics (CFD) algorithms. The technology offered by Hemolens Diagnostics has the potential to revolutionize the cardiac diagnostics market and significantly reduce the number of invasive tests.
We are currently looking for Senior Finance Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Participation in the month-end closing and periodic reporting process, including:
-preparation of annual and long-term budgets
-cash flow
-budget performance analysis
-verification of month-end closing (cost analysis, accounting accuracy, provisioning)
-verification of financial statements prepared by the accounting department
-preparation of reports for the group and the Management Board/Supervisory Board
- Preparing documentation for financial audit purposes
- Participating in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation
- Participating in the capitalization process (analysis of cost accounting, division into projects)
- Control and optimization of cloud resource costs
- Preparation of analyses for the commercialization of the company’s product
What we expect from you:
- Higher education in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance and controlling
- Ability to budget, forecast finances, and create and analyze cash flow
- Experience working with tax advisors, law firms, and financial institutions
- Ability to independently manage topics, financial projects, and initiate improvements
- Proficiency in English at a minimum B2/C1 level – spoken and written
- Very good knowledge of Excel, Power BI, ERP (e.g., SAP), and financial modeling tools

Nice to have:
- Practical knowledge of tax optimization, including the creation of holding structures and cross-border settlements (UK, NL, US).

- Good knowledge of taxes (including withholding tax, CIT, VAT) and tax reliefs
